The reason my country,Russia, is in World War 1 is because... when the Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-hungary was murdered, Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia.... being considered the mother of slavic countries agreed to help them because Serbia was a slavic nation....
The plans that we have made out for the battle is going to be mostly in the trenches on the German eastern front... we are confident that we could somewhat help perfect the machine guns before we get there. Trench warfare is a big threat to our numbers and it will be harder to cover much land with the Germans machine guns....
When we withdrew from the war it wasn't because we couldn't win... it was because we were having problems back home;we were having famines,riots,soldiers were leaving to go home to their families, ect... but because we were having so many problems back home we had no choice but to withdraw and make a peace treaty....
We usually spent our days fighting in the trenches, trying to stay clear of machine gun fire, but when christmas came around we got out of the trenches to spend the holiday celebrating with those we fought with.... some soldiers stared games and everyone feasted.... even though we knew the next day we would go back to the trenches and start back up, we were happy to spend our Christmas the way we did....
